
Student Achievements
We are extremely proud of everything that all of our students achieve, both in dance and outside of dance. Here are just some of the achievements made by current and past students of the school.
Lauren
Lauren has been promoted to become a Senior student in her supplementary ballet training as both a Northern Ballet Associate and ‘bbodance’ Classical Ballet Scholar.

Emma
Emma is now in her 3rd year of professional dance training at KS Dance from September 2021. She started her training at brsdance at age 3 and was also accepted as a Northern Ballet Associate and ‘bbodance’ Classical Ballet Scholar.

Molly
Molly achieved excellent results for her A’ levels, including in Dance, and she is currently studying Physiotherapy at Worcester University.

Nicola
Nicola graduated with a 2:1 degree in Dance from UCLan University.

Grace
Grace is in her second year at Liverpool Hope University this September, studying towards a degree in Dance and Education.

Bethany
Beth Johnson was performing on the Costa Victoria cruise ship in Cherthala, India, Christmas 2019 (Pre-Covid). Beth only started her ballet training at age 9 but progressed quickly and became a Northern Ballet Associate and ‘bbodance’ Classical Ballet Scholar. Beth progressed on to train at Northern Ballet School where she gained her Professional Diploma in Dance before embarking on her professional dance career.

Dempsey
Dempsey was the recipient of the ‘Norma Twidale Scholarship Award’ for 2021. This award gives Dempsey £100 towards additional ballet training for this year. This special award is in memory of Norma Twidale and was kindly donated by her family.

Amy-Rose
Amy-Rose auditioned successfully to be lead singer and dancer on the Oceania Line ship as part of Norwegian Cruise Line in 2019 (Pre-Covid). Amy-Rose trained at our school and then progressed on to Merseyside Centre of Dance and Drama where she gained her Diploma in Musical Theatre.

Libbi
Libbi is working at Pontin’s Brean Sands where she is loving being a Bluecoat and dancer for their stage productions. She has recently been promoted to the role of supervisor.

Sophie
Sophie has been awarded the 'Norma Twidale Scholarship Award' for 2022. This award gives Sophie £100 towards additional ballet training for this year. This special award is in memory of Norma Twidale and was kindly donated by her family.

Rachel
Rachel Harris is now running her own dance school in Dundee. Rachel trained at brsdance from age 3-18, achieved a degree in Dance from Leeds University and then her Level 6 ‘bbodance’ Teaching Diploma in 2019.

Melissa
Melissa completed her BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Dance, at Studio 76 at the end of the summer term 2020 gaining a double Distinction award.

Grace
Grace was accepted as a Northern Ballet Associate in 2019 and then as a ‘bbodance’ Classical Ballet Scholar in 2020.
