Zumba is a fun, energetic dance workout that will leave you feeling great. Everyone is welcome to join in, it doesn't matter if you haven't done any dance or fitness classes before, just showing up is the first step of your Zumba journey. 

During these classes we use a combination of low-impact and high-impact movements that are easy to follow and most importantly extremely fun when set to some amazing music!
